- My name is Carrie. I am married to Mike, and we have two amazing kids, Scarlett and Owen. Scarlett is 4 and Owen is 2. I am a working mom and wife, trying to do my best at everything I do. I L.O.V.E. kite festivals. I took the boys to one this spring, but it ended in a surprise disaster as it seems Rhett is PETRIFIED of kites. The day that was meant to be fun and free ended up being a catastrophe. Glad you guys got to enjoy it though. Next time Grant and I will just tag along with you guys and leave Rhett in the car.
